1. What is the availability information on facilities?

The rental costs vary depending on hall, residency, and type of event.

2. What are times and general information on adult softball and volleyball?

The City offers year round softball and volleyball. To get on a softball team we recommend the night you are interested in playing go out and get to know some of the teams and ask if anyone would is looking for new players. For volleyball we offer Tuesday “Co-ed Open”, Wednesdays “Queen of the Court”, and Thursdays “Co-ed B.”

3. Are permits required for air jumps at city parks?

No, the city does not require a permit for air jumps as of right now.

4. What sports are available for children?

We provide three different youth sports, we start in the fall (August) with Flag Football ($40.00 per child), Basketball in January ($40.00 per child) and Indoor Soccer in March ($25.00 per child).

5. What day camps are available?

We offer two separate day camps, one two week program for Spring and a 10 – 9 weeks for Summer.

6. How do I reserve a gazebo at a Lemon Grove park?

Use of City gazebos are based on a first come first serve basis. If you would like to GUARANTEE that no one will be use the gazebo of your choice on a specific date, you can call City Hall at 619-825-3800 to reserve a gazebo. Upon reservation, you must fill out a Gazebo Rental Application, initial the Gazebo Rental Guidelines, and pay the $80 fee.
